Day Trip to Selous Game Reserve From Zanzibar

Day Trip to Selous game reserve you will Pick up upon your arrival at Mtemere Airstrip, you will be greeted by our Driver and Guide and proceed to your full-day Game Drive.

The topography of the park varies from rolling savannah woodland, grassland plain, and rocky outcrops cut by the Rufiji River and its tributaries.

You can expect to watch elephants, buffaloes, wildebeests, eland, giraffe, waterbuck, zebra, impala, lot of hippos, crocodiles and often even leopards and pride of a lion. There are also about 350 species of birdlife to be discovered.

For Lunch, you will enjoy a bush lunch. Your day will be filled with exploring the park’s wildlife from the seat of an open-sided or open-roofed vehicle.

Our driver will drop you back at the airstrip at 15:h30 for your departure to Dar es Salaam or Zanzibar.
